8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 oz heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup milk
2 eggs
1 vegan pie crust (you can buy it or make it, I buy it)
Directions: Bake crust 10 minutes alone. Slowly add whipping cream and milk to pan and heat up. Remove from heat and melt chocolate chips and whisk together. Add eggs at the end and pour into crust. Bake at 350 for 14 minutes. You can eat it hot but we like it better cold from the fridge.

Mrs. Paul used these ingredients for key lime pie:
graham cracker pie crust
key lime juice (1/2 cup)
sweet condensed milk (1 can)
cool whip (fat free or regular-8 oz)
blend together and pour into crust
